Hey, I'm Chimezie Ekpendu, but most people just call me ChimeXD. I'm a senior product designer with six years of experience turning ideas into products people actually enjoy using. I studied Computer Science at Redeemer's University, and since then I've worked with teams at Deel, Foundation, Chedda Finance and Appmakers, helping shape products from concept to launch.

Over time my work moved closer to code, and today I work as a design engineer, between design and code, building AI products that feel human. I don't stop at the handoff: I design the interface, set up the type, tokens and components that hold it together, and build the pages in code. AI workflows are part of how I work too: I use tools like Claude to stress-test UI logic, build state machines and speed up the whole cycle from idea to deployment.

When I'm not deep in Figma, you'll probably catch me on X debating football tactics or the latest UFC card.
